Welcome! My name is Destiny McHughes and I am the owner and managing member of Destiny Law Firm, PLLC.

Let me share with you a little about my background. I worked for the McHughes Law Firm in third-party debt collections for 20 years. A few years ago I decided that I needed to be in a position to better help people with their legal problems. I went to law school and graduated from UALR Bowen School of Law. After passing the Arkansas Bar Exam, I opened my own firm. We are a small and personalized boutique firm that caters to a variety of legal needs.

I have a long-standing history of community outreach, and I thoroughly enjoy helping fellow members of our community. I volunteer regularly, and even started a mentor program at the local juvenile detention center. It’s important to me to be able to help others and to guide our youth toward a better path and better opportunities in life. Similarly, it’s important to me to be able to guide my clients through what can be some of the most difficult times of their lives.

I value professionalism and genuinely care for my clients and their legal issues. Moreover, I’m honored to have Josh E. McHughes and Rebecca J. Denison serve as of-counsel to the firm. Josh and Rebecca have over 75 years’ of combined experience in the practice of law. This means that we are fully capable of expertly handling a wide array of legal issues for our clients, including family law, divorce, child custody, child support, guardianship issues, estate planning, probate, and more.
